Parent-teacher conferences are a key part of our communication strategy regarding your child’s progress.  Please plan on booking and attending a parent-teacher conference with your child's teacher(s) for each child you have attending the school. 

In-person conferences are recommended, however virtual or phone conferences are available if necessary.

Parent/Teacher Conference Sign-up Options

OPTION 1:
View and select available conference times through our conference scheduler located in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. (Directions below.)

 a. Login into your parent account at PowersSchool.  https://zion6.powerschool.com/public/home.html




b. Select the Application Launcher in the top right corner of the screen.




c. Select the SchoolSoft Conference Manager.



d. Once the Zion Conference Manager appears you can click on the name of the school your child attends and book a conference. If you have another child in another school click BOOK A CONFERENCE to select another school and repeat the booking process. 

OPTION 2:
If you are having difficulty accessing your PowerSchool Parent Portal, please contact your child's school office to schedule a conference with your child's teacher(s).
