How do I enroll?
To apply for your discounted internet service, visit AffordableConnectivity.gov or call 1-877-384-2575 to request an application. Once you complete the application, you can contact a participating internet service provider to start receiving this benefit. Contact your student's school secretary to obtain a copy of the official Zion Elementary School District 6 eligibility letter. Please refer to the information below to claim your new benefit and get connected today.
Proof of Program Eligibility
When creating your account on the ACP website, you MUST enter the information EXACTLY as it appears on the letter your student received from school. Doing so will help ensure a successful application. Failure to enter information as it appears on the letter may result in delayed access to ACP assistance.

What will you need to enroll?
You will need to provide proof of identity. Documentation must include your first and last name, and your date of birth.
The ACP will accept the following documentation to verify your identity:
- Valid government, military, state or Tribal ID
- Birth Certificate
- U.S. Driver’s license
- Passport
- Certificate of U.S. Citizenship or Naturalization
- Permanent Resident Card or Green Card
- Government assistance program document
- Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) document (does not need to include date of birth)
You will need to provide proof that you reside within the Zion Elementary School District 6 boundaries. Documentation must include your first and last name, and your address. The ACP will accept the following documents to verify your address:
- Valid government, state, or Tribal ID
- Utility bill
- Mortgage or lease statement
- Most recent W-2 or tax return
Don’t forget!
You are also eligible for a one-time discount of $100 for a laptop, desktop, or tablet purchased through a participating provider if you pay a $10 to $50 co-pay.
